Providing you still have internet access, we can arrange to connect to your computer and provide all the servicing of software issues as though we were sitting right in front of your computer. The benefits to you are: we can service your computer, without you having to be there. You don't have to pay us for travelling to your home or place of work. We can usually start work on your problem pc quicker, as we don't need to schedule servicing time and travelling time into our working week, you may live hundreds or even thousands of miles away from the next customer on our workload - it makes no difference to us, we can fit both jobs in, and provide quality service |
