Remote Service Package 1 - time 2hrs - includes, disk check for errors, registry check, scan for spyware and viruses (removal if possible within time frame - advice will be given if this is not possible), Defragment Hard Drives, and removal of unnecessary files.

Remote Assessment - 30 minute assessment of your computer for possible issues and suggestions for rectifying problems.  This amount will be deducted from further work shoulld you decide to have Bug Guard service your computer.
